At the Official Store of EPIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include in your parcel.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unworn condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
